In our second interactive Women-in-Business Workshop, led by Marianne Aerni, we’ll look at various models to foster collaboration and self leadership. Giving ourselves time to reflect on the way we work, checking in with our values and transforming the insights into actions for future collaborations.

Marianne Aerni
Strategist, Learning Designer and Facilitator, former Co-Director of Google’s 30 Weeks Program
Marianne is a strategist, learning designer, and facilitator, and former Co-Director of Google’s 30 Weeks Program. For the past three years she has been working with Hyper Island, a creative business school with seven locations worldwide. In addition to building up their office in Sao Paulo, Brazil, she has produced and co-lead executive development programs in Europe and the Americas and has also produced Hyper Island’s Own the Future Conference. She has led ideation, design thinking and team building workshops at several conferences such as A Better World by Design conference by Brown University, the Harvard by Design Conference, Behance’s own 99u Conference as well as a hackathon for the Pioneer Mode Conference at the Brooklyn Fashion and Design Accelerator in New York.
